Solution Consultant - Acute (Healthcare Tech)

The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing support to sales and business development teams in closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes conducting discovery meetings, delivering technical demonstrations, crafting statements of work, and contributing to formal proposals. This job will play a pivotal role in showcasing our solutions to potential clients.This is an exciting opportunity to join our Connected Networks team! The role primarily supports acute-care organizations, including hospitals and health systems, while also working with payers and risk-bearing organizations such as ACOs, physician groups, physician practices, and payer intermediary groups.This role will be located at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro). We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!Key Responsibilities:Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects.Administer technical demonstrations by highlighting key features and benefits of our offerings in an engaging and persuasive manner with the ultimate goal of driving sales and generating revenue.Explain in detail how various features and functions of our solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.Consult with prospective clients in making informed purchasing decisions by providing solution recommendations and addressing concerns effectively.Helping clients optimize highly configurable solutions, including workflows and technical functionality.Serving as a subject matter expert to product and engineering teams by evaluating feature relevance, identifying potential challenges, and advising how new functionality should fit within client workflows and encourage adoption.Attend relevant user conferences and provide support for sales team members.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years of relevant work experienceHealthcare technology experienceJob Expectations:Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needsWilling to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time#LI-KL2#LI-OnsiteWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
