At Wholistic Living Therapy Group, we're building something different: a collaborative, integrative practice where clinicians feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. We're an established Maryland group practice entering an exciting new chapter in our permanent home in Bel Air. As we expand, we're looking for compassionate, motivated LCPCs and LGPCs who want the flexibility and autonomy of private practice with the connection and support of a clinical team. W-2 employment with compensation of $50–$60 per completed clinical hour, depending on licensure, experience, and specialty Flexible scheduling with hybrid in-person and telehealth opportunities Part-time and full-time positions available Client referrals and marketing support to help build your caseload Administrative, billing, and credentialing support Paid professional malpractice insurance Up to $1,000 annually toward continuing education and specialized clinical training, including approaches such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic therapies A supportive clinical team with opportunities for consultation, collaboration, and professional growth A welcoming, thoughtfully designed professional office environment in Bel Air Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in clinicians who have experience or a strong interest in: Couples and relationship therapy Children and adolescents Trauma treatment and EMDR Somatic and integrative approaches Addiction and recovery Other specialized, evidence-based clinical modalities Qualifications Active Maryland LCPC or LGPC license Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Commitment to ethical, client-centered, evidence-based care Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Interest in continued learning and professional development Willingness to provide some in-person services in Bel Air as part of a hybrid practice We recognize that building a caseload takes time and provide referrals and practice support throughout that process.
