Quality Coordinator

3Dimensional Services Group is seeking a hands-on Quality Coordinator to join our 2nd-shift team at our Lapeer facility. This role works closely with production to support daily quality and inspection activities, including inspecting parts, verifying labels and documentation, and maintaining accurate quality records. The Quality Coordinator will help ensure products meet customer and internal requirements by identifying and addressing quality concerns, managing nonconforming material, supporting corrective actions, and assisting with internal and external quality audits.ResponsibilitiesTracking of parts using the hot list, excel and progress through the manufacturing process.Confirming part requirements, using PO details and part prints.Preparing parts for shipment, including grinding, engraving, tap threads, assembly and labeling.Data entry in preparation for auditsQuality audits, including training.Print labels to assist shipping and receivingProgramming and maintenance of engraversFollow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policiesOther duties as assigned1 – year work experience preferredExcellent organizational & time management skillsSelf-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervisionWorks well in a team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
