RN - Emergency Department

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for organizing, providing, and evaluating patient care in an emergency services environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic, compassionate nursing care tailored to individual needs. Exercise professional autonomy in making informed decisions to promote health and quality care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess concerns, develop, and evaluate care plans. Delegate tasks based on licensure and qualifications, ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications & Skills BSN or ADN from an accredited institution. Current nursing licensure in relevant state(s). Certifications: BCLS (within 1 month), ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC (within 2 years). One year of critical care or emergency department experience within the last 5 years. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical leadership skills. Additional Details FTE: 0.75 with day/night rotation and weekend/holiday shifts. Possible remote/hybrid options. Compensation range: $45.03 - $68.87 per hour.
