Benefit Sales Coordination Manager - GA - On Site

Position Summary: The Benefit Sales Manager directly reports and supports the RVP, NVP, and SVP of Benefit Sales. Act as a liaison after the sale of benefits occurs and collect all documents from client to submit to the carrier. They are responsible for coordinating/working with the Broker of Record (BOR) during renewals to 90 days out. They manage the Q 7 A webpage and input current and recommended plans into the OM comparison spreadsheet when working directly with the carrier. KBA self-funded plan reinsurance contract assistance/project.Duties and Responsibilities:Effectively manage assigned staff in achieving departmental and individual goalsOversee open market quote and sales implementation process with Broker partners and insurance carriersOversee Broker of Record (BOR) processCoordinating training and scheduling for Benefits sales staffMaintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochuresAnalyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customersTracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales teamAnswering client questions regarding their account or sales productsWorking with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.Other duties as assignedSkills/Abilities:Expert in Microsoft Office skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop strong working relationships with various internal departments and external clients, brokers and vendorsViewed as a subject matter expert on internal system and processesKnowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industryExcellent leadership and coaching abilitiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsSkilled in staff optimization and team developmentEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business management4+ years in Management sales role, with proven results
