Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Role: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse ED patients from triage to discharge or admission. Conduct rapid assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, and monitor patient conditions for changes. Participate actively in codes and trauma situations, ensuring prompt and effective response. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care. Accurately document all patient interactions and interventions in the EMR system. Educate patients and families about care plans and health management. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with relevant emergency department experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
