Science Exchange is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst with fluent Japanese to join our remote US-based team. You will manage enterprise tickets in Salesforce, assist Japanese users with platform onboarding, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues, while maintaining high CSAT and timely resolutions. You will report to the Customer Support Lead and collaborate across functions to improve the customer experience for enterprise clients in the SaaS life sciences space. #J-18808-Ljbffr Namely
