Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Family Law Attorney in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and three days remote each week, with Fridays designated as an in-office day. The position involves handling sophisticated litigation and negotiation work for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and executives facing complex family law matters. Duties Lead high-value, complex family law cases involving asset division, business valuations, and custody disputes. Own cases from strategy through trial and settlement with full autonomy. Lead contested hearings, trials, and complex litigation matters as first chair. Navigate high-value settlement negotiations and mediations. Draft advanced pleadings, motions, and trial briefs. Deliver exceptional work and strategic execution. Advocate fiercely in the courtroom and secure favorable rulings. Requirements 5+ years of Georgia family law experience with a proven track record. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in good standing. Strong courtroom presence and strategic precision. Ability to work independently and own cases completely. Proficient with modern case management systems. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Member of state and local bar associations in good standing.
