Weekend Caregiver Needed in Douglasville, GA About the Organization : GoodLife Care is a licensed and insured private home care provider, delivering professional nursing services in homes, hospitals, and nursing homes. Description We are currently seeking Weekend Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to work Saturday and Sunday mornings (9 am–2 pm) and/or evenings (7 pm–10 pm) in Douglasville, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of home care experience. Qualifications CNA certification required. Minimum one year of CNA experience, with home health experience preferred. Current CPR certification, as required by state. Updated TB results / chest X‑ray. Reliable transportation. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation, and range‑of‑motion exercises as per care plans. Take patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure). Track patients’ input and output as required. Perform unsterile and decubiti care in accordance with training procedures. Change linens according to schedule and patient needs. Complete all appropriate paperwork and submit to management. Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations. Provide post‑mortem care as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Position Requirements Must be located in Columbus, GA area (or in Douglasville area, as required). Physical requirements include regular sitting, standing, bending, light lifting, and walking; ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
