Care Coordinator

About the Job Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We’re currently seeking a full‑time Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will help coordinate service provision for providers, facilitate communication between providers, and ensure individuals receive the appropriate care for their individual needs.
