Internal Medicine Physician - Overland Clinic

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led, accountable, 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking a full time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Overland Clinic. This is a busy, well established practice located in a rapidly growing part of the community.
Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to delivering high quality, relationship centered primary care. Our Internal Medicine providers care for patients across the full life span from newborns through end of life supporting the health and well being of individuals and families across generations.
The Overland Clinic includes a dedicated procedure room, onsite laboratory with phlebotomist, and strong clinical and operational support, allowing providers to practice at the top of their license.
SAMG is committed to creating a culture grounded in quality, safety, and service excellence , and we take pride in being a healing presence in the communities we serve . The schedule for this role is a traditional clinic work week, M-F; no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Practice call is shared with other Family Medicine physicians (Appx 1:40)
Support: 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources.
Requirements :
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program Board certified or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
