• Shift: Monday–Friday, flexible schedule, minimum of 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours
• Hours/week: 36+ hours direct patient care
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• License/Certs: MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (must become Board Certified within 3 years of graduation)
• Experience: New graduates within 1 year of graduation (must achieve certification within 3 years); prior experience preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient dermatology services with a focus on medical dermatology (90%) and cosmetic dermatology (10%)
• Perform procedures such as skin tag removal, skin biopsies, and lesion excisions
• Manage a high volume (~80%) of procedural visits, averaging 4-5 patients per hour with 3-4 procedures per hour
• Collaborate with a professional and caring team to deliver excellent patient care
• Document efficiently in EPIC EMR system
• Participate in reopening and restoring an outpatient dermatology clinic
• Contribute to the growth of cosmetic services if desired

What You Need

• MD or DO degree
• BC or BE in Dermatology (BE candidates must become certified within 3 years)
• Valid medical license in Michigan or eligible to obtain one
• Ability to start by 04/28/2026, with credentialing within 90 days
• Strong communication and procedural skills
• Willingness to work in a Level 2 trauma center environment
• Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 sponsorship not available
