Senior Technology Program Manager

Must-Have Requirements

• 12–15+ years managing large-scale technology, transformation, or enterprise programs.
• Banking / digital banking / financial services experience — MUST HAVE.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end technology transformation programs .
• Strong program governance experience: roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, and external vendor teams .
• Strong vendor management and implementation oversight.
• Experience with executive stakeholders / steering committees and presenting program status to senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing testing/QA, release management, resource planning, issue resolution, and delivery .
• Ability to manage a complex program while representing the client's interests with a platform/vendor implementation team .

Preferred

• FIS product/platform experience is a significant plus.
• Digital banking platform migration/implementation experience.
• Experience managing third-party banking technology vendors.
