Cornerstone Caregiving is hiring dedicated, compassionate caregivers for our 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM morning shift. This early shift is key to helping local seniors across the River Region start their day with confidence, warmth, and proper care. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or looking to bring your personal caregiving background into a professional role, we welcome your commitment to our clients.

Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Locations: Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Tallassee, and Eclectic

Morning Responsibilities
Morning Routine Support: Assist clients with waking up, getting out of bed safely, and morning grooming or bathing.
Breakfast & Nutrition: Prepare fresh, wholesome morning meals and snacks based on client preferences.
Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take scheduled morning medications on time.
Light Housekeeping: Tidy up living areas, wash breakfast dishes, change linens, and keep the home safe and clean.
Companionship: Offer warm, engaging conversation and positive encouragement to start their day right.
Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Help clients move safely around their home or get ready for daily activities.

Qualifications
Prior caregiving experience (in-home care, facility care, or personal family care preferred).
Clear communication skills and active listening abilities.
High level of dependability, patience, and genuine empathy.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to clients in Montgomery and surrounding communities.
Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
