Project Management Consultant Level 2

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Management Consultant 2 in Juno Beach, FL. This role is responsible for developing and managing capital expenditure budgets, performing comprehensive risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are positioned for successful execution. The consultant oversees survey contractor procurement and execution, ensuring all deliverables align with engineering design requirements and project schedules. The position leads cross‑functional coordination across development, engineering, permitting, and teams, while actively monitoring schedules and preparing projects for a seamless transition. Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets to support successful project execution Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Manage survey procurement, execution, and quality of deliverables Lead cross‑functional collaboration between development, engineering, permitting, and teams Monitor schedules and prepare projects for transition Identify and implement cost saving opportunities while maintaining project scope and standards Qualifications Success in this role requires: Strong financial acumen Effective stakeholder management Ability to identify cost saving opportunities without compromising project scope or quality Benefits and Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
