House Lead Position – $19/Hour Called to Care Residential Facility, LLC is hiring a House Lead! We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and compassionate House Lead to join our team and help support the daily operations of our residential home. Pay: $19.00 per hour What We're Looking For Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Availability to work weekdays and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage, coach, and support staff Ability to hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Dependable, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities Comfortable working with a diverse population and individuals with varying needs Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach Ability to follow policies, procedures, schedules, and documentation requirements Willingness to assist with the day-to-day needs of the home and the individuals we serve House Lead Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to staff Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned duties are completed Help maintain appropriate staffing and coverage Support the implementation of individual service plans and daily routines Ensure the home is clean, safe, and properly maintained Assist with documentation and communication with management Help train and mentor new staff Communicate concerns and incidents to management promptly Promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life for the individuals we support If you are a strong leader who enjoys helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve, we would love to hear from you!
