Position Title: Laborer

Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm

Laborer Responsibilities:
- Process furniture components by sanding, filing, edge banding and other preparation tasks
- Operate hand and air tools to complete various job functions accurately and efficiently
- Lift and move furniture parts weighing 50+ lbs regularly
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met throughout production
- Work on your feet for extended periods, typically 8+ hours per shift
- Assemble cabinets using power and hand tools, trim and sand parts, install hardware, and fit prefabricated components together as needed

Requirements for Laborer:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work standing for 8 or more hours
- Above-average attention to detail
- Experience with hand and air tools preferred; prior experience is not required
