Responsibilities Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Build community relationships essential to building your own business. Participate in a structured program and receive guidance, mentoring, and support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s. Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, DWI). Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
