Job Overview The Counter Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases. Key Job Responsibilities Assist Walk‑in customer with finding and purchasing parts Stocks and pulls parts Answers phones Keeps store and front counter clean Requirements High School Degree or GED 1 to 2 years of working in a retail environment Highly motivated to provide superb customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen Benefits Medical Vision Life insurance 401k, paid time off Opportunities for advancement Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements Typical 9‑hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying.
