Investment and advisory services are offered through Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, a registered investment adviser. Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as secondary client contact for ongoing administrative needs Manage follow‑up tasks and data gathering Update CRM and planning tools Assist with onboarding new clients Maintain client experience standards Compliance & Documentation Ensure files meet compliance standards Document planning notes and recommendations Track signatures and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate CRM documentation Operational Support Submit account paperwork and transfers Track ACATs, contributions, and distributions Coordinate with operations team Maintain organized digital files Advisor Support Help manage advisor workflows and meeting schedules Assist with annual planning cycles and service meeting agendas Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning and Investments Experience in Report Writing and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities Impeccable client service standards Bachelor’s degree 5 years minimum of direct client service experience Emotional intelligence and Emotional competency #J-18808-Ljbffr Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC
