Estimator

Canfield Buildings is looking for a full- or part-time Estimator to join our team in Waukesha, WI! This is an in-office position! We specialize in post-frame construction and need someone who can accurately estimate materials, labor, and subcontractor costs for our projects. We offer $30/hour , with performance-based raises and accuracy incentive pay. Full-time employees also receive great benefits , including: IRA with match Holidays Vacations Merit and safety bonuses Ongoing training opportunities ABOUT THIS ROLE This position offers flexible scheduling with both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (24 hours per week) options . As a full- or part-time Estimator, your day will involve preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for our post-frame buildings. You'll analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs, making sure every detail is covered. You'll use Excel spreadsheets to organize and track estimates and will also keep Construction Maestro up to date with material costs. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to assist with the pre-construction process and provide detailed material lists for the crew to ensure smooth operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ESTIMATOR Experience in construction estimating, preferably in post-frame buildings Ability to pass a pre-interview math test Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis and estimates Knowledge of Construction Maestro or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations Field experience is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmergencyMD
