Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

- Answer and direct incoming calls from 8:30 AM-2:30 PM.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient client service.
- Assist clients with basic questions and service requests.
- Route complex service and sales needs to the appropriate team member.
- Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
- Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate notes and client records.
- Help ensure calls and client requests are handled promptly.
- Provide general administrative support to the agency.
- 3+ years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or related experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm
