Responsibilities: Assist in the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of M&A deals by providing support in the following areas: developing decision frameworks; conducting valuation analysis and case modeling; coordinating due diligence efforts involving cross-functional teams; assembling findings into presentation material Help source acquisition opportunities fitting our strategic rationale Participate in strategy development projects that translate into M&A initiatives Required Qualifications: Students entering their junior or senior year of university Outstanding analytical and communication skills with intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn Keen interest in innovative business or technical topics Ability to formulate insights around complicated business problems Team oriented, community contributor with high EQ Bonus Points: Technical and/or business major helpful but not mandatory Additional Information: Work Hours:This is a full-time, 8-week summer internship.
