VP of HR - Senior Living People Strategy

A senior living management company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to oversee HR across a portfolio of Senior Living Communities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5+ years in senior leadership. Responsibilities include aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in high-volume recruiting, and proficiency with HRIS systems.
