Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator – Chandler, AZ Location: 675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286 Shift: 7:00pm – Friday (Monday – Friday) Starting Pay: $22.50 per hour Benefits include: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred. Experience operating powered industrial equipment such as stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, or dock stockers preferred. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, work at heights up to 30 feet, and perform repetitive movements. Readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems. Regular and reliable attendance, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements. Responsibilities: Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures. Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations. Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, or labor management systems. Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity. Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times following standard operating procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts. Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‑protection equipment when required. Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
