Contract Physical Therapist – Job Description (Wyoming 82240)
Location: Wyoming 82240
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230 per week + completion bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Breaks: 1-hour lunch
Dress Code: Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a clinical setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes
Follow facility policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Wyoming DFS required
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist (PT) License required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Prior clinical experience preferred
