Travel Nurse RN – Emergency Department (Keosauqua, Iowa) MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a 12‑week assignment beginning 07/27/2026, with a 36‑hour work week on 12‑hour shifts. Employment Details Specialty: ED – Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift length: 12 hours Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. Provide care for patients from various illness or trauma requiring emergency attention. Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to the emergency setting. Understand and practice triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need. Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions. Qualifications Active RN license. Degree from an accredited nursing program. 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Set (TNCC) may be required in some positions.
