Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (AEM / Workfront / Adobe Target) – Hybrid Location: Dublin, OH (must live near Dublin; onsite Mon & Wed) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week. Hybrid: Mon & Wed onsite / Tue, Thu & Fri remote Pay: $34.48/hr Summaries and Responsibilities We’re hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to build and maintain eCommerce marketing assets in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This Digital Marketing Specialist role sits in a fast-moving content production environment where you’ll manage requests in Workfront, support personalization in Adobe Target, and ensure clean launches through strong QA and detail-focused execution. If you’ve published landing pages/banners in AEM and can juggle multiple deadlines while staying on brand, this hybrid role is a strong match. Publish and update landing pages, banners, and campaign messages in AEM Manage intake-to-launch workflow in Workfront (tasks, routing, deadlines, approvals) Support Adobe Target activations/personalization and launch readiness QA content and troubleshoot issues using basic HTML/CSS (images, layout, responsive behavior) Optimize content for SEO and user experience (structure, clarity, consistency) Coordinate with marketing, creative, analytics, and technical partners to execute requirements Validate tracking/revenue measurement readiness for live content Maintain accuracy, documentation, and brand standards across high-volume requests Qualifications and Skills Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) publishing experience required Experience with Workfront or similar project/workflow tool preferred Familiarity with Adobe Target (testing/personalization) preferred Basic HTML/CSS and strong QA skills (desktop/mobile) Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years digital marketing/content ops experience preferred Company Description A-Line Staffing Solutions is a national staffing and recruiting firm supporting top organizations across healthcare, corporate, and technology teams.
