Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic products in Mayfield, PA. As a Production Worker, you will support the Compression Molding department by assisting in the production of molded plastic sheets. You will rotate through various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality and accurate production.

• Prepare and clean molds for production.
• Load resin materials according to work orders.
• Open and close molds safely and efficiently.
• Remove finished products from molds.
• Label completed materials accurately.
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Handle and return unused materials to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate product identification and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work orders.
• Experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to perform visual quality inspections.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

• General labor experience.
• Construction or assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools and tape measure.
• Safety-conscious mindset.

Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a rotating weekly schedule. Week 1: 6am - 2:30pm, Week 2: 8am - 4:30pm. Personal protective equipment, such as composite shoes and long pants, is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mayfield, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
