We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.As Lead Technical Trainer at Neros, you'll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of technical training that enables technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams to build, test, and sustain Neros systems safely and at scale. You'll translate engineering intent into clear, repeatable training programs and certify readiness across the production and NPI line.You should have the following:4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or similar rolesPeople leadership experienceProven ability to design, manage, and deliver training programs from concept to completionStrong facilitation skills — able to engage and train both technicians and leadersExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExperience in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferredStrong collaborator and communicator who can partner effectively with cross-functional teamsData-driven mindset with a focus on training impact and measurable outcomesNice to have:Experience building or maintaining a formal technician certification program, training matrix, or LMS for a manufacturing teamBackground in aerospace, drones, robotics, electronics, defense manufacturing, or another high-reliability hardware environmentHands-on experience with production test, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, or quality processes, especially in a fast ramp or NPI environmentFamiliarity with Lean, 5S, standard work, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methods used to improve technician performanceExperience training across multiple shifts, products, or sites while keeping training standards consistent and records audit-readyUS Salary Range$101,000 - $142,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
