As a Master’s-Level Intern in Integrated Behavioral Health at Baystate Wesson Women’s Clinic, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while working alongside a diverse medical staff in the OB/GYN clinic. What You’ll Do As a Master’s-Level Intern, you’ll support women’s health through short‑term treatment, warm handoffs for patients, community‑based support, and brief interventions. You’ll work with a diverse population presenting a range of mental health diagnoses, complex trauma, and co‑morbidities. Key Responsibilities Deliver short‑term treatment and brief interventions to patients in collaboration with medical staff Conduct warm handoffs and provide community‑based support to individuals with diverse needs Gain experience working with a wide spectrum of mental health diagnoses and complex trauma histories Work with a multilingual population (English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Arabic, etc.), utilizing translation services as needed Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and training opportunities What We Offer Exceptional Training: Hands‑on experience in integrated behavioral health care Collaborative Environment: Work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team Professional Development: Supervision and mentorship tailored to support your educational goals Diverse Workplace: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What You’ll Bring Enrollment in the 2nd year of a CSWE‑accredited Master of Social Work program or a Master’s program in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, etc. (required) Experience working with female adolescents and adults (required) Familiarity with PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems (required) Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence‑based treatment techniques (preferred) Team‑based, goal‑directed approach to client care (preferred) We Hire for Purpose!
