Senior User Experience Designer

Client Requirements: Local to Minneapolis area W2 hourly only (No C2C) About the role Seeking a UX Designer with strong systems thinking and experience designing for complex enterprise tools. This role supports three major initiatives: Product Lifecycle Management, Global B2B Commerce, and Planning/Forecasting tools. You’ll simplify highly nonlinear workflows and deliver end‑to‑end UX solutions in a cross‑functional, Agile environment. Responsibilities Create clear information architecture and intuitive interaction patterns Deliver production‑ready specs and align with design systems Collaborate with Product & Engineering in Agile ceremonies Translate loosely defined problems into structured design solutions Contribute to team standards and mentor junior designers as needed Experience 5+ years UX experience Strong systems thinking + ability to simplify complex workflows Experience with enterprise tools or multi‑system environments Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, journey mapping, and usability testing Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Thoughtful approach to AI in UX (beyond surface‑level features) Nice to Have JIRA experience Must Show Clear thought process & rationale Ability to simplify complexity (Visual polish is secondary to strong UX thinking.)
