What this job involves:  

As a   Senior VP, Projects   at JLL, you will play a crucial role in   shaping   a brighter future for our clients, our company, and our employees. Your leadership will empower teams to thrive,   driving   innovation, collaboration, and success.  

What your day-to-day will look like:  

• Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.  

• Foster a culture of collaboration, both within the local team and across the global organization, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.  

• Drive innovative ways of working, constantly seeking   new approaches   and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.  

• Develop and   maintain   strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their   objectives   and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.  

• Champion the career development of your team, providing mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities to support their professional advancement.  

• Foster a sense of inclusivity and belonging, creating a diverse and supportive environment that celebrates different perspectives and enables everyone to thrive.  

• Embrace an inspiring, innovative, and optimistic mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.  

 

Required Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).  

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry.  

• Strong   track record   of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.  

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.  

• Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into action plans.  

• Outstanding client relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.  

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Master's degree in a related field.  

• Professional certifications (such as PMP or LEED).  

• Experience in a global or multi-office environment.  

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management.  

• Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.
