Uses proper measurements of detergents and sanitizer in the dish machine. Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Disposes of all garbage; breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of shift. Keeps dishes and other storage areas clean and organized. Performs any other duties as requested by management.
