This role focuses on transforming complex and sensitive datasets into clear, actionable insights that support enterprise-level decision-making. You will play a key part in building and maintaining impactful Tableau dashboards used across the organization. The position blends hands-on analytics, data engineering collaboration, and business partnership in an evolving, data-driven environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into structured analytical solutions. The role also involves deep dives using Python, ensuring data quality through cleaning and preparation, and working with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery. It is ideal for someone curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguous problems in a fast-changing context.

Accountabilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level Tableau dashboards using complex and sensitive datasets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analytical investigations using Python to translate business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets for reporting and advanced analysis.
• Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries in Snowflake (or BigQuery) to support data extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting needs.
• Apply basic statistical methods when needed to strengthen analysis and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
• Document data definitions, logic, and reporting processes to ensure transparency, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
• Support an Agile working environment and adapt to evolving project priorities with flexibility and curiosity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis (including pandas or similar tools for cleaning and exploration).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, validation, and data troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard development and enterprise reporting.
• Experience working with Snowflake or equivalent platforms such as BigQuery.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches and actionable outcomes.
• Experience working with complex or sensitive datasets (e.g., HR or salary data is an advantage).
• Solid analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Self-driven mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn in an evolving environment.
• Basic understanding of statistics and when to apply them appropriately.
• Understanding of data pipelines or API-based data flows is a plus, even without direct ownership of automation.
