OnSite Specialist- Temple, TX

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for procedural readiness
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating needs and adjusting equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using independent judgment to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, biomedical staff, and clinical partners on service delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and on-call with 45-minute response time
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• CRCST or CER certification required within 6 months of hire
• Willingness to travel and support other accounts as needed

Compensation: $21.58 - $29.20 USD Hourly
