Thrive Roofing Co. is building a winning team and looking for Roofing Sales Representatives.
No roofing experience? No problem. If you've succeeded in sales (or have the drive to learn) we'll teach you everything you need to know.
You'll work assigned territories, help homeowners through the insurance restoration process, and earn uncapped commissions with proven systems, strong support, and experienced leadership behind you.
Realistic earnings of $100,000-$150,000+

Canvass assigned neighborhoods
Inspect roofs for storm damage
Educate homeowners about the insurance process
Secure signed contingency agreements
Stay in touch with customers from sale to completion
Competitive and self-motivated individual
Confident communicator who connects easily with people
Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors
Must have your own car to get to your assigned territory
No roofing experience needed. We'll provide the mentorship and support to help you succeed.
