Provide guidance and advice to proactively help customers avoid issues, while removing roadblocks. Improve product experiences by identifying and working with other colleagues within Ecolab to get product features built, processes implemented, and policies changed. Lead a team to support our existing software products while pushing us to make timely and effective transitions to newer and better ways of doing things.Skills Overview:Qualifications/years of experience: Understand how we are building the digital solution, supply chain software, ERPAzure experience really knows Microsoft productsGreat communication – lead othersDeep understanding of Data Architecture and Systems Architecture with experience working with data warehousesDemonstrable experience (6+ years) implementing (functional or technical) and supporting data migration and business intelligence infrastructure10+ years of experience in systems development, software support, consulting, or equivalent industry experience with Microsoft productsExperience and familiarity working in Supply Chain, Manufacturing industriesKnowledge and technical proficiency in adjacenttechnologies including the following: C#,.NET Core, EF Core or EF 6, Web API, GIT, HTML, CSS, Angular, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft AzureExperience in public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP) requiredProficient understanding ofcode versioning tools such as GITPassion for customers, technology, and learning.
