Quality Auditor

Got 2+ years in warehouse quality auditing?

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Auditor to own process compliance and keep our logistics operations running at peak accuracy. In this role, you’ll inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, use digital audit tools, and partner directly with warehouse leadership to catch non-conformances before they hit the customer.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 
 Conduct routine process, product, and system audits to verify
compliance with quality standards and procedures. 
 Inspect materials, components, and finished products for conformance to
specifications. 
 Document audit findings and prepare accurate reports for management
review. 
 Identify non-conformances and quality issues and escalate concerns
when necessary. 
 Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA). 
 Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work
instructions, and quality policies. 
 Assist in root cause analysis investigations and problem-solving
activities. 
 Maintain quality records and audit documentation in accordance
with company requirements. 
 Support customer, internal, and external audits. 
 Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement. 
 Partner with production, operations, engineering, and leadership teams
to improve process effectiveness. 
 Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
throughout the organization.
