Inside Parts Sales Representative

Faris Machinery is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Inside Parts Sales Representative to join our team at our Commerce City (Branch 1) location. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Product Support and plays a critical role in supporting our customers, technicians, and field sales team. The role is focused on delivering timely, accurate parts solutions that help keep our customers' equipment operating efficiently. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (hourly position), based on experience What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer parts inquiries (phone, email, and walk-in) Assist customers in identifying correct parts for paving, compaction, and related equipment Prepare and follow up on quotes; convert opportunities into orders Coordinate with Service, Rental, and Sales teams to support jobs in progress Manage parts orders, availability, backorders, and estimated delivery timelines Support preventative maintenance kits and lifecycle-driven parts solutions Maintain accurate records within ERP and parts systems Communicate proactively with customers to minimize downtime and delays What Success Looks Like Timely and accurate response to customer and team requests Effective coordination with service and operations teams Strong, repeat customer relationships What We're Looking For Experience in inside sales, parts counter, or customer support (heavy equipment, automotive, fleet, or industrial preferred) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative approach when working with technicians, sales teams, and leadership Mechanical aptitude or industry knowledge preferred Why Faris Machinery Locally led, relationship-driven dealership Strong collaboration across Parts, Service, Rentals, and Sales Opportunity for growth within a respected regional equipment dealer Competitive compensation and benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off Eligibility for the Company's incentive program, based on overall Company performance and subject to plan terms (participation and payouts are not guaranteed) Since 1953, Faris Machinery has been a trusted partner to Colorado's construction industry.
