Summary:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting - Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred) - Strong triage and critical thinking skills - Trauma and cardiac alert experience, including care of STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patients **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Experience with Meditech documentation system - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI
