Responsibilities Provide dental services to patients, primarily children and adolescents (ages 3‑21) with up to 30% adult population at each location. Use DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and maintain yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. Work within a team that includes one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily clinic flow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients. Process state insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix. Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Other certifications as required—CPR, DEA, etc. Nitrous oxide certification (for locations in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. Benefits Guaranteed base pay of $9,000/day with uncapped earning potential. Sign‑on bonus of $40,000. Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month. Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
