Job Overview Delivery Drivers!!!!! We’ll pay you to listen to your favorite tunes as you deliver pizza and wings from your “mobile office” (aka your car). In return, you’ll be treated to flexibility, great perks, tips, and all kinds of support from your team. We love promoting our Team Members within the Domino’s family, too. Requirements A clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience, a valid driver’s license, and valid insurance at all times. Be at least 18 years old. A passion for customer service. Fun team environment. Opportunities for career growth. Compensation We pay $14.50/hr. Drivers can earn an average tip of $5.00 per order. Drivers deliver an average of 2‑3 orders per hour, equating to $25‑$30 per hour. We also offer incentive pay: 30 days $100 bonus 60 days $200 bonus 90 days $300 bonus Additional $1.00 raise ($15.50 per hour) for people who have open availability or are willing to be full‑time openers and closers.
