Our client is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Business Licensing Support team, ensuring accurate and efficient data management across multiple retail locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and problem-solving abilities, aligning seamlessly with the organization's goals and values.
Location: Frisco, TX - Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months contract
What's the Job?
- Perform data entry tasks by researching jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites.
- Enter collected data accurately into the company database system.
- Support in submitting business license applications to relevant jurisdictions.
- Respond to information requests from retail locations and jurisdiction authorities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating licensing records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What's Needed?
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business licensing or regulatory roles.
- Ability to use a laptop and navigate online jurisdiction websites effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
