Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift Name: Days
• Schedule: M-W 8:00am-6:40pm (40 min lunch), Th-OFF, F 8:00am-6:40pm (40 min lunch)
• Guaranteed Hours per week: 38-40 hrs
