This is an hourly position with advancement opportunities! We are looking for Part Time or Full Time Shift Supervisors to join our Burger King Team! The Shift Supervisor improves guest satisfaction through operations, financial controls, direction of team members within an assigned shift and much more! The Shift Supervisor has full accountability for restaurant operations during assigned shift when management is not present.We offer Daily Pay! - Ensure orders are taken and delivered in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner with a smile.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and to the guest's satisfaction.
- Assist with profit and loss management by maintaining inventory and managing labor costs while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work a flexible schedule
