Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and overcoming customer objections.
• Basic computer, tablet, and data entry skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals.

Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Job Duties

• Proactively engage customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers about residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule in-home consultations and free estimates.
• Build rapport through exceptional customer service and professional communication.
• Answer customer questions regarding services, promotions, and financing options.
• Accurately enter customer information into company systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
• Maintain an organized sales kiosk and promotional materials.
• Partner with store associates and management to maximize customer engagement.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products and promotions.

Retail Sales Lead Generation Representative Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent interaction with customers in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to use computers, tablets, and other electronic devices for data entry.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
