Compensation : $18–22/hour + Profit Sharing Opportunity Position: Full-Time (Closed Monday)

What You'll Own

Culinary Innovation

• Develop new menu items and limited-time offerings

• Experiment with flavors, ingredients, toppings, sauces, and presentations

• Create unique experiences that keep customers coming back

• Identify trends and transform them into profitable menu offerings

• Help establish Jungle Jim's as a destination for pretzel innovation

Business Leadership

• Lead the daily operation with an ownership mindset

• Recruit, train, and inspire a high performing team

• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs

• Ensure outstanding product quality and guest experiences

• Drive sales growth and operational excellence

Financial Performance

• Take ownership of the location's P&L performance

• Understand how decisions impact profitability

• Manage expenses and maximize returns

• Help shape promotional and merchandising strategies

• Participate in profit-sharing tied to the success of the business

Customer Experience

• Build relationships with guests

• Gather feedback and turn insights into action

• Create memorable experiences that generate excitement and repeat visits

• Become the face of the Ditsch brand within the community

What We're Looking For

• Culinary, Hospitality, or Food Service degree preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work weekends and flexible foodservice hours, primarily afternoons and evenings

• Passion for customer service, guest engagement, and team development

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in menu innovation and business growth

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment

• Comfortable taking ownership of operational and financial performance

• ServSafe Certification preferred (training and certification can be provided)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and retail environment

• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional quality and customer service standards

• Ability to work safely around commercial kitchen equipment and food preparation areas
