Follow your passion across various areas including pediatrics, geriatrics, procedures, injections, women's health, MAT, and OMT. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct patient care within a well-established family practice through same-day or scheduled appointments.
• Building long-term relationships with your patients.
• Adopting a proactive approach to care with an emphasis on preventative medicine.
• Collaborating with other medical and surgical specialties.
• Enhancing your skills as a clinician by learning from new colleagues.
• Maintaining a patient-centered approach to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
• Enjoying flexible scheduling options.
• Working a full-time schedule that includes 32 patient-facing hours per week, with part-time options available.
• Providing outpatient care only.
• Participating in a shared call group, currently at a ratio of 1:14.

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
• A strong passion for primary care across all age groups.
• Enthusiasm for caring for multigenerational families.
• A current medical license in Massachusetts or the ability to obtain one.

Located in Attleboro, MA, we are an integrated healthcare system that provides hospital-based care, emergency services, urgent care, primary care, and a variety of specialty services at 26 ambulatory locations throughout the region. Our community hospital is an independent, financially stable, acute care facility with 132 beds, serving a population of 170,000 in the suburban areas of Boston and Providence. Attleboro is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Boston and 15 minutes from Providence, RI.

Our ambulatory network consists of over 30 practices within a 10-mile radius, featuring more than 150 providers with expertise in various specialties including Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Rheumatology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Hematology, Oncology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and Urology.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $196,992.72 to $313,150.49. The actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on factors such as work history, experience, skill set, and education. This range does not include the value of our benefits package, which encompasses healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement options. The salary is based on full-time employment.
