Licensed Insurance Agent (REMOTE)

Role: Direct Sales Agent

Pay: $24.28/hour + Commission

Assignment: August 24, 2026 – January 15, 2027 (Potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)

Location: Remote

Schedule:

• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST

• Shift options include: 

○ 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PT)

○ 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM PT)

○ 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT)

○ 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT)

What You'll Do:

• Sell Individual, Medicare, and/or CarelonRx (ZipDrug) products over the phone

• Meet and exceed sales performance goals

• Consult with customers to recommend products that best fit their needs

• Provide quotes, plan information, and product education to prospective customers

• Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales cycle

• Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and CRM updates

• Deliver exceptional customer service during all customer interactions

• Stay current on product knowledge, offerings, and competitive advantages

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Fingerprinting may be required in select states

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to maintain all required insurance licenses

• Candidates selling Medical, Dental, and Life products must maintain appropriate Department of Insurance licenses

• Previous experience in Sales preferred

• Previous Call Center experience preferred

• Strong Customer Service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
